By downloading, installing, or using eSkool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use eSkool.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use eSkool for your school management purposes.

Use Restrictions

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble eSkool
- Use eSkool for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to eSkool
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on eSkool

Data Ownership

All school data you enter into eSkool remains your property. eSkool stores your data locally on your server, and you are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring the security of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

eSkool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that eSkool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use eSkool
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through eSkool
- Any errors or omissions in any content

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue eSkool at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of eSkool after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to eSkool at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
